Which experience should I choose?
Essential Scalp Treatment offers routine scalp care in 60 minutes. Botanical Scalp Ritual adds a fuller 90-minute ritual with deep conditioning and extended massage. Root & Crown Signature Experience includes facial care and finished styling in 120 minutes.
RESTORE and ADDRESS are guides to exploring the website, not service names on the booking menu. If you are new and have a scalp concern, contact the studio before choosing an appointment; Scalp Analysis Follow-Up is for established clients.
Is a blowout included?
Essential Scalp Treatment and Botanical Scalp Ritual include a comfort dry, not styling. Root & Crown Signature Experience includes a blowout and finished hairstyle. Luxury Blowout Finish is also listed separately on the booking menu.
Can I visit with extensions?
Extension Care Upgrade is designed for scalp care with extensions in place, including extension-safe cleansing, conditioning, detangling, and a blow-dry. Extension Removal + Scalp Reset is a separate service; installation is not included. Long, dense, or multiple-row extensions may require extra time or product.
Is Scalp Analysis Follow-Up for a first visit?
This service is for established clients and includes repeat TrichoScope imaging and a review of progress and care recommendations. If you are new and have a scalp concern, contact the studio for help choosing your starting point.
Do I need to have a scalp concern to visit?
No. Essential Scalp Treatment, Botanical Scalp Ritual, and Root & Crown Signature Experience offer options for routine scalp care, relaxation, and intentional self-care.
What might scalp-focused care include?
Depending on the service and your needs, the experience may include intake, scalp evaluation, magnified imaging, and personalized recommendations. Confirm the inclusions of your chosen service with the studio.
What products do you use?
Root & Crown incorporates professional OWAY botanical scalp and hair care along with other thoughtfully selected products and technologies based on the needs of the individual client and service.
Does Root & Crown diagnose hair loss?
No. Root & Crown provides non-medical scalp wellness, observation, education, and supportive care. We do not diagnose or medically treat hair loss or scalp disorders. When a concern may benefit from medical evaluation, we encourage clients to work with an appropriate healthcare professional.
How is Root & Crown connected to The Beauty Aesthetic?
Root & Crown is a separate business located within The Beauty Aesthetic in Eagle. Its services focus on scalp wellness, relaxation, and personalized care; medical or aesthetic services remain within the scope of the qualified providers who perform them.

Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
Usually, no. Arriving with your scalp and hair in their typical state can be helpful during your initial assessment. Avoid loading the scalp with dry shampoo, oils, fibers, or heavy styling products immediately before your visit when possible. If a specific service requires different preparation, we will let you know.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please notify the studio as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment so it can be rescheduled. Review any appointment-specific terms when booking.
